Head of Business Insights

Insights Tech is a fast growing startup within the AdTech space, based in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

Our mission is to level the advertising playingfield for upcomming digital brands. We democratize the high value data science done by top brands by sourcing instant actionable market insights to small digital advertisers. Our costumers include digital brands within design & sports equipment, Digital Marketplaces, Healthcare Industry and Consulting companies.  

We are looking for a Head of our Business Insights Team to help manage our growth in the next phase of our journey. You will be leading a team of highly analytical professionals working with both international and domestic clients out of our Frederiksberg office. 

The candidate we are looking for combines AdTech experience and marketing knowledge. The candidate has a data driven approach and an intuitive customer understanding that leads to well executed digital campaigns where audience building, testing and optmization comes naturally in the flow. It is the campaign insights and your interpretation of the results that unlocks the business value our clients are looking for. It will be your responsibility to prepare reporting and present recommendations to top management.

You will lead a team of highly analytical Business Insights Consultants. Your team will manage onboarding of new costumers, and develop processes and systems to manage an even faster scaling of costumer acquisition.

You will be working directly with the Tech team as part of our business development and advise on system, and reporting improvements of the insights Platform. You will work with the founders developing commercial strategies and plans. You will get consistent sparring and development oportunities, working directly with the founding team.
